Add a day's work
Pick the client, enter the meter reading and save. The amount is worked out for you.

Drivers and admins add work with the Add work button on Home. The flow is a short series of questions.
- 1Choose the client the work was for. If you run more than one machine, you are asked which machine first.
- 2If the client has more than one place, choose the place.
- 3The app shows where the meter stopped last time as the start. Type what the meter shows now.
- 4Check the review: hours, amount, date, machine, client, place and driver. Tap Save work.
How the amount is worked out
Hours are the end reading minus the start reading. The amount is the hours times the client's rate per hour. The client's balance updates straight away.
No meter numbers yet?
Tap I don't have the numbers — add them later. The job is saved without hours, and you can add the start and end readings afterwards from the work entry.
Tip. If the start reading is not where the machine stopped last time, the app asks why, so the change is recorded.
