EarthMovers.World replaces the paper register, the WhatsApp notes and the Excel sheet. Drivers note the day's hours from their phone, and the app works out the amount, keeps each client's balance and shows you the profit.
What you can do
- Keep a list of your machines, each with a name, number plate and driver.
- Record the hours each machine worked, using the meter readings or the hours directly.
- Charge each client an hourly rate and see what they owe at any time.
- Record cash, UPI and bank payments, and send a receipt on WhatsApp.
- Record expenses such as diesel, repairs and driver pay against a machine.
- See your profit for any period, and a balance sheet of what you own and owe.
Who uses it
