Who can do what: owners, managers and drivers
Each person sees only what they need.

Owners and admins
Admins see everything: machines, work, clients, payments, expenses, reports, the balance sheet and people. They can add and edit all of it, and choose which driver a job belongs to.
Managers
Managers run the day. They see clients and their statements, record payments and see the work. They do not add work or expenses, and they do not see the reports.
Drivers
Drivers see their own machine and their own hours. They add the day's work, add meter numbers to their own jobs and change their own profile. They do not see client balances or money.
Tip. To change someone's role or stop their access, open them from More, then People.
